Red is a striking colour for anyone to pull off, therefore it must be done perfectly. This gorgeous gown was created by acclaimed gown designer Mac Duggal Couture. It’s so dramatic that it would fit right in at the Daytime Emmy Awards, but Ali Express had other ideas.

A merchant on the website attempted to construct its own version of the outfit, but failed spectacularly on every level. Instead of high-quality cloth and a tight-fitting bodice fit for a queen, the buyer ended up looking like a Pepsi Flamin’ Hot Cheeto. Needless to say, the gown will not be seeking any accolades.
