11.We Must Protect Him at All Costs

Though fully grown, this charming German Shepherd offers a unique incidence of dwarfism that has produced a permanently puppy-like look. Although German Shepherds are renowned for their distinctive traits, especially those recognisable, big ears, his condition has produced a miniaturised form of this usually massive and powerful breed. The dwarfism mostly influences his bone structure, resulting in a distinctive proportion whereby his signature shepherd ears show even greater prominence on his smaller frame. Though little, he nevertheless exudes the clever attitude and alert behaviour of the breed. The irony is in how this disorder has turned what usually is a protective breed into a dog that seems to require protection itself. Anyone who sees him will have an instant protective feeling because of his charming demeanour and always puppy-like stature.
