8. It Is Not Permitted to Take Pictures of Royals Eating in Public

It may seem strange, but taking pictures of the royal family eating in public is frowned upon. This guideline assists in upholding etiquette and prevents the taking of any potentially embarrassing pictures.

Recall that the public and media closely follow every royal outing; thus, a picture of a royal with their mouth full of food isn’t the most respectable. They do, however, eat during public events; they just do not do it in front of the cameras. This is not always the case at informal gatherings, where people are more laid-back and informal.
