A customer on Twitter expressed her utter disappointment after placing a purchase for what she believed to be an identical duplicate. What showed up was a small strip of material with some quite peculiar patterning on the chest. Furthermore, at about $100, it wasn’t exactly inexpensive either. Target would have a better dress for customers.
