Anyone who uses the restroom frequently will tell you that a bathroom shouldn’t look like this. While some male bathroom users may not want complete seclusion, this seems like an unreasonable substitute.

In this instance, the restroom should have had the stall above the toilet, not around the urinal. At the very least, a new stall costs $275, but since this one needs to be entirely dismantled and relocated, the final cost could end up being $400.
