Emu Eggs Make A Giant Omlette
Another class of big flightless birds are emus. Unlike the small chicken egg in the middle, they create huge massive eggs with strong shells that are difficult to break. Though the inside of these eggs is not green, they somewhat resemble avocados.
They resemble dragon eggs more than anything that really inhabits this world. The thick shell of an emu egg is fantastic since it seems like it would be perfect for carving and the green hue accentuates their beauty.
