Maultaschen
Swabian dumplings, originally from Germany, Usually quite large, these dumplings are packed with a mixture of breadcrumbs, spinach, onions, and minced meat (beef or pork). After seasoning with herbs and spices, moustaschen are either boiled or occasionally fried.
