Seirogan’s primary component is wood creosote, sometimes referred to as beechwood or wood-tar creosote. Seerangan was once thought to be a kind of panacea, and some people even thought it could treat tuberculosis before World War II. But these days, its main use is as a medicine for digestive issues.
