9. Daihatsu Bee

It’s easy to understand why Daihatsu chose to refer to this vehicle as the Bee. With its distinctive bee-like design and elongated hood, the three-wheeler was Daihastu’s initial offering to the general automobile market. It’s a great example of what the car industry looked like seventy years ago. But the Bee failed to make an impression.

Since less than 300 of the cars were produced, they are now sought-after collectibles. Consumers disliked something about the automobile, even though three-wheelers meant reduced taxes. The product was not commercially viable for the producer due to the arduous production process.
