When Honda’s Fuya-Jo concept car debuted at Toyota’s 1999 auto show, spectators were amazed. The curiously designed box car was meant to look more like a speaker on wheels than a vehicle you would drive to work.

Huge speakers were built into the door panels to create the impression of a mobile club, and each seat was made to function and look like a bar stool. Honda’s Fuya-Jo was a concept car that was never put into production, but even after more than 20 years, it’s still entertaining to look at.
