The Roybal Learning Center, named for Edward R. Roybal, is incredibly pricey for a school, even though it isn’t as valuable as some of the other structures on this list. This $377 million learning center was built in Los Angeles, California, to help with the city’s congestion.

With regard to student-teacher ratios, the school performs better than average. With 856 studios, it has a 19:1 student-teacher ratio. With some of the greatest math and English test scores in California, it is one of the best-performing non-magnet schools in Los Angeles. It has a wide range of features, such as “future student” learning communities, an enormous gymnasium, and outdoor sports facilities.
