13. Bras
Ends in: six months
$50 is the average price.
Generally, when the wire of your bra juts out and stabs you in the heart, you know it’s “expired.” That doesn’t, however, always occur in the allotted six months for bras. You should get new bras after six months because the underwire and padding have probably degraded and are no longer providing as much support.

It’s not enjoyable to change a bra for about $50 because bras are pricey. But because of its inadequate support, wearing a terrible bra can hurt your back or ribs. Most women wear the incorrect bra size, according to The New York Times, so you should get fitted while you’re at it, especially if you’ve gained or lost weight.
