5. Milk


Hello, are you tired of taking foot showers with water? In that case, I have a special recipe for you:
Four glasses full milkTwo large scoops of baking sodaa few drops of your preferred essential oil, soothing music, a few candles, and a positive attitude!
The milk should be warmed, but not too hot. Fill a foot tub with it, then set aside for ten minutes so the milk can do its job. Next, massage your feet with a handful of baking soda, focusing especially on the tough spots. Continue on the opposite side. After that, spend five more minutes dipping both feet in the milk.
After you’re through, rinse, pat dry your well-groomed feet, and drink some water. Everything is finished!
