4. Honey

On its own, honey works wonders as a moisturiser since it “traps” moisture in the skin, leaving it smooth and silky. A honey foot soak (mix one cup honey with four litres or one gallon of warm water, soak for fifteen minutes) can be made, and it can be finished with a honey scrub:
1/4 cup of sugar, brown Tbsp of coconut oil Tbsp honey Three drops of oily peppermint
After thoroughly combining all the ingredients in a dish, scrub your feet all over, rinse, and pat dry. And, of course, moisturise.
