With the help of this potent exfoliant, we can once again emphasise the fact that baking soda is a universal miracle worker. Three parts baking soda and one part water are all you need.
In a bowl, combine the ingredients and apply on your feet. Massage them, focusing on the toes, heels, and any calluses that may be present. If the skin is too dry, apply a foot file or pumice stone. After you’re done, use a warm water rinse and moisturiser on your feet.
Baking soda can also be used to make foot baths. It’s as easy as filling a suitable container with warm water, adding three tablespoons of baking soda, stirring, and soaking your feet for ten minutes. After that, give them a watery rinse and use your preferred moisturiser.
