An Eagle Owl with a Spotted Beak
Given that its popular name is the spot-bellied eagle owl, it should come as no surprise that this particular bird has so many gorgeous hearts all over its body. They don’t, however, usually have hearts with as much definition as the one on this owl’s feathers. This man is terrible and kind of majestic; the last thing a rodent would see as he swooshed down would be a whirl of hearts, feathers, and talons.
Keep a watch out for owls covered in hearts if you happen to be in India, as these owls are endemic to the country and typically have thicker eyebrows.
