Why seems this girl to be so content? She is bleeding terribly and most obviously seems to have been bitten by a shark or something else similar! Her leg’s all of the muscles seem to be utterly exposed; this is terrifying! Unless it’s obviously an illusion, someone has to hurry her to the hospital. Right, it’s really simply her brown slouchy purse positioned deliberately to resemble a split in her leg!
