An Afternoon Snooze
Though they do not formally dwell in jungles, they may be the king of the jungle. Lions, like everyone else, depend on their beauty sleep. This guy seems to have passed out while lying on a boulder. Though they seem cute when they sleep, lions can be really frightening creatures. Still, just glancing at this photo wouldn’t tell you.
Particularly with his tongue hanging out of his lips like that, Twitter the lion in this picture really seems really serene. Look, as they say, can be misleading.
