That’s Not How Her Parents Imagined the Photo Op
Apart from their great intelligence, dolphins are well-known for communicating with people. Dolphins with trail objects like boats even in the wild like to interact out of curiosity. The small child in this picture, though, seems to not want any of it. She most likely wasn’t looking back and discovered a big sea mammal staring directly at her through the glass. But the dolphin meant good.
Still, it’s very amazing to see a dolphin try and engage with a human—even via glass. We are simply left to question what this dolphin’s brain is thinking.
