Three Whale Rock, sometimes called Hin Sam Wan, is a 75 million-year-old rock formation located in Phou Sing, Thailand. When viewed from a specific angle, Three Whale Rock, an enigmatic rock that protrudes from the mountains, like three whales swimming among the trees.

The sandstone that forms this amazing creation is the same that forms the mountains in the background. As you might imagine, due to its unique design, Three Whale Rock has grown to be a popular tourist destination in Thailand.

It was particularly “sobering” because the submerged submarine was discovered alongside the remains of 80 Naval men.
