The dinosaur tracks of Dinosaur Valley State Park, a popular tourist destination in Glen Rose, Texas, are well-known. Visitors travel from all over the nation to the Park, which is roughly an hour’s drive from Fort Worth, to view the ruins of a time when dinosaurs once walked the earth.

Later in August 2022, further dinosaur tracks surfaced. They were formerly hidden by water from the Paluxy River, which is nearby, but the water dried up and made them visible. The traces date back around 133 million years, and it is believed that the animal that left them was an Arocanthosaurus, a theropod that had a maximum mass of 14,000 pounds.
