A classic American dish is chicken and waffles. When we place our order, we anticipate receiving a nicely cooked waffle topped with crispy chicken and, ideally, a substantial jug of syrup. Yes, this formula isn’t always followed exactly, but we at least expect real chicken.

In this instance, the diner received the waffles but was also given some very dubious-looking sausages. There are a ton of questions concerning this lunch, but the main ones are: did they eat everything and did they make it through? Yum’s KFC will remain our go-to. Then, at least, we are certain to receive chicken.
