There have been some really awful pictures on this list, but this has to be among the worst. A McDonald’s cheeseburger was requested by a child. When he removed the top bun, he discovered a bandage—hopefully never used—on top of the patty.

Fake or real, it’s still repulsive. When the find was announced on his YouTube channel, the finder promised to “go back” and “complain” for “50,000 likes.” That does seem suspicious, but who knows? A Google search reveals that quite a few band-aids have really been discovered inside McDonald’s orders, so who knows?
