For many, vitamins are an essential supplement. It is advised that you take vitamins, as they can assist you in getting your important nutrients. Many people find that they cannot begin their day without their essential vitamin. It would be prudent to simply discard any outdated vitamin bottles that you come across in your pantry.

Vitamins lose their strength over time, just like medications, although it’s doubtful that they may hurt you. It’s possible that their effectiveness has decreased since the expiration date. It would be preferable to simply purchase a new bottle, even though Prevention claims that they are “probably safe” for two years after the expiration date.
