10. Balls for yoga

Duration: 1-2 years
Cost on average: $15–$40*
Although they are a mainstay of fitness regimens, yoga balls, often referred to as exercise or stability balls, lose some of their finest qualities with time. Typically, they require replacement every one to two years, contingent on usage and quality. Stretching and losing stiffness over time might cause the material to lose its necessary support and stability for safe exercise.

Wear and tear can also be accelerated by temperature changes and exposure to sunshine. To extend the life of the ball, check its inflation on a regular basis and keep it clean and away from sharp things. To preserve your workout’s safety and efficacy, get a new one if you see that it’s losing air more quickly or the surface is getting tacky.
