The Banpo Bridge, which spans the Han River in Seoul, South Korea, links the Yongsan and Seocho Districts. Perched above the Jamsu Bridge, Banpo Bridge is the upper level of a double-decker structure. The Banpo Bridge was initially intended to be a girder bridge and was the first double-decker ever constructed in South Korea.

The Moonlight Rainbow Fountain is a distinctive element of the Banpo Bridge, which was built in 1982 following two years of development. According to Guinness, this fountain is the longest bridge fountain on the planet. Ten thousand LED lights stretch along its two 347-foot sides. 190 tons of water are released by the fountain per minute.
