Dobby Is a Free Cat
Readers of the Harry Potter series will be aware that magic does not always follow script. Sometimes potions can be compromised with the incorrect components and spells go bad. And we can only guess that here something comparable occurred. Indeed, some amateur students at Hogwarts clearly tried to transform a House Elf into a cat and inadvertently messed up to produce a House-Cat unlike anything you have ever seen!
This cat most definitely makes an impression with its large ears, sour attitude, and appearance as though it has crossed its paws. Nor do we believe we have ever seen anything quite like it before.
