11. Not Permitted to Compete in Public Marathons
Reasons: To preserve the status of the royal position and due to security considerations
Exclusivity: benign occasions or using an alias
Imagine seeing a king running in a city marathon with thousands of other runners! Although the image is humorous, security considerations are a major factor in the rarity of such involvement. Their vulnerability may arise from running a marathon, particularly in crowded situations. Furthermore, there is a certain seriousness to being a prince; panting nonstop does not fit this majestic image.

There is, however, a positive exception. Royals have demonstrated their commitment to philanthropy by running on occasion for philanthropic causes. They may occasionally even use an alias to be unnoticed, giving them a little window of normalcy and the excitement of the race.
