Where: Kenya’s Lake Logipi
Captured in Kenya, this image displays a cluster of flamingos arranged in the shape of a flamingo. They’re all gathered in the well-known Lake Logipi in Kenya, which is a saline, alkaline body of water that is less than two miles broad and less than four miles long.

The flamingo population of this enormous lake is well-known because of the abundance of microscopic crustaceans and algae in Logipi’s water, which attracts these lovely pink birds. Flamingos get their characteristic pink colour from eating these crabs.
