This picture exemplifies the timeless concept of being in the right place at the right moment. While in Vietnam, Phan Xuan, a photographer, witnessed two fishermen discard their nets. A green heart was formed by both of the nets. The once-in-a-million moment was captured by Xuan, who captioned it “Hearts On the Sea.”
