When we initially saw this image, it confused us because the real product didn’t seem anything like what was being marketed. The fabric that has two holes cut out of it appears to be intended for a tapering vest, which was popular in the 2010s.

When it comes to manufacturing failures, this is the most sluggish of the lazy. Something cannot be sent out with two holes drilled in it and expected to be fixed by the customer. Ideally, the buyer will be able to return it without asking any questions.
