In the Yoro Mountains in Gifu, Japan, is Yoro Park. As an “experience park,” this theme park warns guests to expect “unexpected” attractions. Two New York City architects and artists named Arakawa and Gins created Yoro Park in 1995. Yoro Park, also known as the Site of Reversible Destiny, has some intriguing architectural aspects.

Among the more unusual art projects are Elliptical Field, Critical Resemblance House, and others. Elliptical Field, for instance, is made up of nine pavilions connected by 148 complex walkways. In addition, Yoro Park offers Kid’s World, tennis courts, golf courses, and food courts for those seeking a more conventional park experience.
