It’s incredible how nature can occasionally create unexpected landmarks that appear so flawless that they may be man-made. This reef, which is a portion of Australia’s Great Barrier Reef in the Whitsunday Islands, is called Heart Reef (obviously). Naturally, the coral composition has taken on the shape of a heart.

Given how fragile and protected the coral is in Heart Reef, viewing it from above, as Grant Faint did with this drone photo, is arguably the safest approach. This lovely photo may have been captured with a waterproof drone like the DJI Mavic 3 Classic.
