This diamond necklace in the shape of a heart was one of Princess Di’s other gifts upon the birth of Prince William. She received them as a present from Prince Charles in 1982, and the first time she was seen wearing them was at Prince William’s baptism in the White Drawing Room of Buckingham Palace.

She wore it on a couple more occasions after that, most notably in 1982 at Princess Grace of Monaco’s burial. Diana is shown in this shot wearing the Queen Mary’s Lover’s Knot Tiara and the heart-shaped necklace at a state dinner in St. John’s, Canada. Her yellow satin gown looks great with the gems on it. The Tiara has a market value of $1–$2 million.
