The only prison in the world where kids are permitted to remain with their serving parents is this one. If a prisoner has a child, that youngster may live with their parents until the child turns three, at which point they may be placed with other family members. Aranjuez Prison stands apart from other jails thanks to its playgrounds, bright rooms, and Disney character wallpaper. Special “family units” are meant to look comfortable and “homelike” without causing stress to children’s minds.
