188. Narrow Body Aircraft

Possible Drone Used: Holy Stone HS270
Where to Buy: Amazon
Cost: $250*
Thiago B. Trevisan took this aerial view of a narrow-bodied aircraft leaving an airport. This photo is interesting, especially when you consider the rules behind it. Though it’s not technically illegal to fly a drone near an airport, the Federal Aviation Administration says that operators should try to “avoid” flying near airports, as it is hard for planes to see drones while flying.

It goes without saying that disaster will follow if your drone and the airplane collide, but that, happily, is not what happened here. Trevisan was able to get his shot without any calamities, and it is, indeed, a cool picture.

Orange groves are a lot like other orchards and fields—when you look at them on the ground, you don’t see their patterns for what they are. But, when you get a bird’s eye view, as you do with this photo from @Sopotnicki, you can see that these groves have their own inimitable pattern and flow that is beautiful in their own way.
A drone like the DJI Phantom 4, with a 20,000-foot altitude capability, could have easily taken this photo. The price tag on this drone is not for the faint of heart—it is for serious photogs, and its price on DJI.com is $6,600.

It’s amazing how nature can sometimes form unexpected landmarks that look so perfect, they seem human-made. The coral composition has formed, naturally of course, into a heart shape.

Seeing it from the air, the way Grant Faint did with this drone photo, is probably the safest way as Heart Reef’s coral is very delicate and protected. A drone like the DJI Mavic 3 Classic, a waterproof drone, could have taken this beautiful image.
