4. Adopt, Don’t Shop
If you can, it’s always a great idea to adopt as so many animals seeking permanent homes in shelters all around the world are waiting for you. Avoid shopping instead. And exactly that this woman did. Still, taking on a rescue dog proved challenging. When they took this dog home, apparently, it was fearful of the surroundings and of everyone. Though the road of developing trust and a bond can be difficult, the benefits are almost unbounded. That had altered inside a month! This woman patiently, lovingly, and with understanding helped her new animal buddy to feel comfortable and secure. Is this dog looking to be smiling, or is it just us? We are not shocked given it has at last received the love and attention it so well merits. Seeing how a little compassion may turn a terrified animal into a joyful friend makes one happy. And one has been let to nap on the couch! This small act of comfort reminds us of the need of giving someone a loving home since it marks the fresh life this dog has discovered.
