10. The Diamond Floral Suite
Wearing it: Margrethe II, Queen
Since the early 1900s
Value Estimate: $500k–$1,000,000*
This diamond floral tiara is an additional valuable asset in Copenhagen’s finances. In addition to Queen Margrethe II, a few other Danish noblewomen have also donned it. Princess Dagmar, the daughter of King Frederik VIII, once owned the tiara. His daughter Margrethe received it from Frederick IX when it was returned to the royal line.

Margrethe hasn’t used the tiara too frequently. She actually gave it to her mother-in-law to wear for her silver wedding in 1992. Only in 2008, when Margrethe lent it to her daughter-in-law, Marie Cavallier, did the general public get a close-up view of this heavily embellished headgear.
