The most well-known use of this specific molecule is to maintain our mood.The more sugar you consume, the more your body needs it since sugar is perceived by the brain as a treat or a reward. The cycle is destructive and compulsive. Furthermore, because sugar-rich food has any nutritional value, it won’t make you feel satisfied.
