1. Exercise lowers blood pressure.

In a Korean study, the Korea Institute of Sport Science in Seoul discovered that daily walking for 40 minutes lowered blood pressure in hypertensive individuals. Blood pressure decreased by 5 points for those who elected to walk for the full 40 minutes, compared to 3 points for those who chose to walk for 10 minutes at a time. According to the researchers’ findings, everyone should make decisions based on what will best serve their needs in order to achieve their goals.
