Use natural mouthwashes and breath fresheners.

Mint leaves help to freshen your breath and mouth. Clove, cardamom, and fennel seeds are among the spices that work particularly well to reduce bad breath. Another commonly available natural mouthwash is baking soda. Use a cup of water with a teaspoon of baking soda dissolved in it to rinse your mouth. As an alternative, you can brush your teeth by dipping a wet toothbrush into baking soda. Fenugreek tea is an excellent antibacterial mouth freshener. Drink a cup of it first thing in the morning.
