How to do it:Lay comfortably with a pillow under your back. Put your hands to your sides, palms facing up, and widen your legs slightly. Make sure your head and spine are both in a straight line. Exhale slowly and evenly through your nostrils after three deep breaths. Next, take four regular ones. You’ll be feeling sleepy by this time and will shortly drift off to sleep.
