Heli-Skiing
Blake Fleetwood, a former correspondent for the New York Times, declared after trying heli-skiing, “This was the best day of my life.” Although it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience, heli-skiing may be very dangerous. especially considering that this one starts with a helicopter leap into an uncharted area.
“This is not a sport for sane people,” Fleetwood said. It’s also not for those who don’t want to incur the risks required by risky sports. One of the sport’s potential hazards is being caught in an avalanche, which might leave a skier buried in the trees without anybody realizing it.Keep reading below.
