Bull Riding
No matter how well-prepared a bull rider is, most of their fate depends on the bull; therefore, it’s not always simple to stay on for eight seconds. A professional bull rider named Mike Lee once said, “You never know what you’re going to get.” The largest and most deadly bulls can be calm on occasion. On other days, the smaller bulls pose the greatest threat.

The World Health Organization’s Helmet Initiative reports that each year, professional bull riding causes one or two fatalities and several spinal or brain injuries. Even with a head injury, Lee declared, “This is the greatest sport alive, and I live for those eight seconds.”Keep reading below.
