Vinegar made from cider or apple must is known as apple cider vinegar. In vinegar, there is a cellulose-producing bacteria and an acetic acid-producing bacteria called ‘Mother of Vinegar’.
Make sure the ACV you purchase contains ‘The Mother’, which is raw, organic, unpasteurized and unfiltered. It is important to look for a misty, strong-smelling bottle, the stronger the better!
