11. Combat Athlete’s Foot


Make your toes look great!
Athletes’ foot isn’t just a problem for sporty people. This is caused by the warm, moist environment inside our shoes, and can be pretty uncomfortable.
Use apple cider vinegar to treat it by soaking your feet in half vinegar, half water. If you repeat the procedure a few days in a row in the evening before you go to bed, you should notice your feet feeling and looking better – it temporarily changes the pH levels in your skin that fungus cannot thrive in.
