Poland

When contrasted with wedding apparel from other cultures, the traditional outfit of a Polish bride is distinguished by its warmth and distinct character. A Polish bride usually dons a headdress or a wreath in addition to a stunning white gown embellished with flowery embroidery. Every now and then, a sash adds a pop of crimson to the ensemble. The bride’s legs are always covered by the garment. Since pearls are viewed as a representation of the husband’s carelessness, they are not worn by the bride.
