Ghana

The colour gold is the key to Ghanaian wedding style. Traditional kente cloth, which is handwoven from silk and cotton strips to form beautiful patterns, is frequently used to tailor dresses. Ghanaian brides typically dress in gold and yellow hues. They wear a matching scarf made from the same handwoven fabric as the dress, which has lots of yellow hues, and adorn their heads with fabric or beaded headdresses.
