Maintaining your skateboard is essential for a smooth ride, and lubricating the bearings with Vaseline can be a useful tool. Vaseline reduces friction in the bearings, resulting in a smoother glide and longer bearing life. Apply a small amount to the bearings.

In an emergency, this method is especially helpful if you don’t have conventional bearing lubrication on hand. Keep in mind that a little goes a long way; for optimal effects, apply Vaseline sparingly since too much of it will draw dirt and filth.
