12. Grow Berries in a Laundry Basket

Drill, coco liner, and laundry basket are required materials.

Almost anything can be turned into a planter, even an old laundry basket. To begin with, take an old basket that you no longer need and drill holes for drainage into the bottom of it. Next, use coco liner to line the laundry basket’s sides. This will retain the dirt and provide good drainage.
Select the plants that you like best. For this specific planter, berries are the best option, but some gardeners have reported success with potatoes, Better Bush tomatoes, Sweet Slice cucumbers, parsley, and basil—all of which are equally delicious options. For a splash of colour, you can even incorporate ornamental flowers.
